What insurances does AMI accept?
AMI does not accept any insurances.
Is all money due at time of service?
Yes. No payment plans are available so we can offer you the lowest prices available.
Do you accept credit cards and/ or debit cards?
Yes, we accept anything with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo.
Can I get reimbursed from my company’s Health Savings Account / Flex Saving Account?
Yes, by submitting your receipt to your HSA/FSA manager. You can also use your HSA/FSA debit card at time of service.
Do I need to have a prescription to get a test done?
No prescription is needed if you are self referring yourself for a screening procedure. However, if you are having a diagnostic examination a prescription from your doctor is required. In the event you have no doctor, AMI can provide you with a doctor referral list.
How long does it take to get the results?
Normally, 48 hours or less.
